Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended.
Mix in the oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.
