Instructions

  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Add raisins and cinnamon, knead until evenly distributed.
  5. 5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

  7. 7. Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan.
