Cinnamon Palmiers
Simple and delicious cinnamon palmiers made with puff pastry.

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- ¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
Sprinkle some of the cinnamon sugar on your work surface. Place the puff pastry on top and roll it out slightly.
Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top of the puff pastry. Roll up each side of the pastry towards the center until they meet in the middle.
Cut the rolled pastry into ¼-inch slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
