Dough
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 1 cup Milk Warm
- ⅓ cup Butter Melted
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs Beaten
Filling
- ½ cup Butter Softened
- 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
- 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, yeast, and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
6. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 1-inch slices. Place in a greased baking dish.
7. Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
