Cilantro Lime Pesto
A zesty and fresh pesto perfect for pasta, salads, or as a dip.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cilantro packed
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth, adding more olive oil if needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
