Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Instant yeast
  • 400 ml Water Lukewarm
  • 30 ml Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2. Add the water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  5. 5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a rough rectangle.
  6. 6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  8. 8. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
