Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Add the water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
4. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a rough rectangle.
6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
8. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
