Churro Cheesecake Recipe

Base
- 2 cups Cinnamon Sugar
- 2 packages Crescent Roll Dough
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix 1 cup of cinnamon sugar and set aside.
Unroll one package of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Spread the mixture over the dough in the pan.
Unroll the second package of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over the top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
