Churro Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup sugar for coating
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for coating
- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
In a medium saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoon sugar, salt, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat and stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 1-inch pieces of dough into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Combine ½ cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll warm churro bites in the mixture to coat.
