  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions

  4. 4. Cook the chorizo for about 10-15 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until fully cooked.
