Main Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 0.5 pound chorizo sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 0.25 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 0.5 cup salsa
- 1 avocado sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook chorizo in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the same skillet and scramble until cooked.
Warm tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
Divide chorizo, scrambled eggs, cheese, salsa, and avocado among the tortillas.
Roll up each tortilla to form a burrito.
