  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 cups Grated zucchini
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the oil, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated. Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
