Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate finely chopped
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder for coating
1. Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract. Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
4. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
