Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and salt to the chocolate mixture. Pour filling into the cooled crust.
  6. Refrigerate tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
