Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder and sugar.
  2. Add water and salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Let cool and transfer to a jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
