Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 75 g All-purpose flour
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 ml Whipping cream
  • 50 g Dark chocolate

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Fold gently to combine.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool slightly.
  6. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake.
  7. Roll the cake gently from one end to the other. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the roll.
