Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add sugar and cocoa powder. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
