Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g raspberries fresh or frozen
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
Layer the chocolate mousse and raspberries in serving glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
