Chocolate Pudding Parfait
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert that layers rich chocolate pudding with whipped cream and crunchy toppings.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- ½ cup Crushed Cookies or Granola
In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Let the pudding cool slightly.
In parfait glasses, layer the pudding, whipped cream, and crushed cookies or granola.
Repeat layers and finish with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
