Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fill the cookie press with dough and press cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set. Let cool on a wire rack.
