- 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- ½ cup peanut butter creamy
- 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt half of the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Spoon melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner, spreading it slightly up the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place a small dollop of the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate cup, then freeze for another 10 minutes.
Melt the remaining chocolate chips and spoon over the peanut butter layer, spreading to cover completely. Freeze for 10 minutes or until set.
