Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 3 tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 3 pcs eggs separated
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold

Instructions 

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and thick. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
