Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 12 oz Dark Chocolate finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mint Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder for coating

Instructions 

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the mint extract and butter, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Using a spoon, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
