Icing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • cup Milk more if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Stir in the cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency.
  5. 5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. 6. If necessary, add more milk, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
