Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Ganache

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Heat cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
  6. Pour ganache into crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
