Ganache Ingredients
- 8 oz Dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted optional
1. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt.
4. Whisk the mixture until smooth and glossy. If using, add the butter and whisk until fully incorporated.
5. Let the ganache cool slightly before using as a filling.
