Ingredients 

Macaroons

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool completely.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip the bottom of each macaroon into the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper to set.
