Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Apples washed and dried
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil

Instructions 

  1. Insert wooden skewers into the top of each apple.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  4. Place the dipped apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
