  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 pieces Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Place the torn croissant pieces into a baking dish.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the croissant pieces and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
