Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into the cocoa mixture.
  4. Cover dough and chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat each ball in powdered sugar.
  7. Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
