Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Beat in the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the edges start to lift and the crepe is set.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
