Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
  2. Stir in the coconut cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until firm.
  4. Once firm, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat.
  6. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill until ready to serve.
