Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Coconut
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
