- 16 pieces Ritz crackers
- 8 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Coconut oil
1. Spread peanut butter on half of the Ritz crackers and top with the other half to make sandwiches.
2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Dip each peanut butter cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
4. Place coated crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
