Main Ingredients
- 2.25 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 0.75 cup Brown sugar
- 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix 3.4 ounces
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended.
Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in the flour and baking soda.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop cookie dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
