Chocolate Chip Pudding

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Pour into a mixing bowl and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
