Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate melted (for coating)

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze the balls for about 15 minutes, or until firm.
  7. Dip the frozen balls into the melted semi-sweet chocolate, and place them back on the parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
