Ingredients 

Cheesecake Filling

  • 2 cups Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
