Cheesecake Filling
- 2 cups Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 units Eggs
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over crust.
Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
