  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
