- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder.
Add the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and evaporated milk to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is slightly cracked.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
