Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 8 oz Semisweet chocolate, melted and cooled

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool before removing from pan.
