- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar sifted
- ½ cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, beating on low speed until combined.
3. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on high speed for about 3 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk. If it's too thin, add a bit more powdered sugar.
