Glaze Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute, then whisk until smooth.
Add the butter and vanilla extract, and whisk until the butter is melted and the glaze is glossy.
Let the glaze cool slightly before drizzling over your bundt cake.
