Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs large
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Add the cubed bread to the mixture and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
