Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream
A creamy, healthy alternative to traditional ice cream made with avocados and cocoa powder.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.
2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and serve.
