Chocolate Avocado Cookies Recipe
Delicious and healthy chocolate cookies made with avocado.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large Avocado ripe and mashed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocado and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the avocado mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until set.
Let cool on a wire rack.
