Instructions
Marinate steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add steak and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, add bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until tender.
Return steak to the pan. Add beef broth and sugar. Stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
