Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Marinate steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until tender.
  5. Return steak to the pan. Add beef broth and sugar. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
