Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
