Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
