Chilaquiles Recipe
A traditional Mexican breakfast dish made with tortilla chips simmered in salsa and topped with various garnishes.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Salsa
- ½ cup Crumbled cheese (like queso fresco)
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 2 Fried eggs optional
1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the tortilla chips and salsa to the skillet. Stir to coat the chips.
3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the chips are softened.
4. Remove from heat and top with crumbled cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
5. Serve immediately, optionally topped with fried eggs.
