  • 8 oz Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Salsa
  • ½ cup Crumbled cheese (like queso fresco)
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 2 Fried eggs optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the tortilla chips and salsa to the skillet. Stir to coat the chips.
  3. 3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the chips are softened.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and top with crumbled cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
  5. 5. Serve immediately, optionally topped with fried eggs.
