Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Hummus

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Spread hummus on each tortilla.
  6. 6. Add cooked chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  7. 7. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
