Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add chickpeas, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
5. Spread hummus on each tortilla.
6. Add cooked chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
7. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
