Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup sliced red onions
  • 0.25 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Warm wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  5. Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, roasted chickpeas, and tzatziki sauce.
  6. Fold and serve immediately.
