Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Warm wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat.
Assemble wraps with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, roasted chickpeas, and tzatziki sauce.
Fold and serve immediately.
